OUR CHEER PHILOSOPHY

 The Premier All Stars of NJ provides disciplined training in the all star industry. We take pride in our ability to focus specifc attention on each individual cheerleader  in our program. We teach our cheerleaders to excel in all areas of cheerleading. We strongly believe that success originates from dedication and commitment from our athletes and parents.We help our cheerleaders become self driven, team players and motivated to achieve their goals individually and as a team. We encourage positive attitudes and respectful behavior from both our staff and cheerleaders. Our goal is to develop the best teams possible, as well as instill qualities and values that they will take through life inside and outside of the gym.

 The Premier All Stars of NJ is a Competitive Cheerleading Program. We have teams for age groups, starting from age 4-18. Our teams offer a great experience for any child wanting to participate in the sport of competitive cheerleading.

The Premier All Stars of NJ are a 12 month program and commitment. Teams will participate in competitions locally,regionally and nationally.
